      Great gym, great staff, great people, great facility. This isn't your chain gym. Small business atmosphere. They offer several classes which aren't intimidating, rather welcoming and challenging. I won't workout anywhere else! Owned by a former Dayton PD officer, so if you support first responders, this is your place!
